05.09.2016 :: Update due diligence; We found it necessary to update our due diligence practice as some of our lenders have asked for initial undertakings to be done. If we find that the basic due diligence is not up to standard, we will either ask for further information or refuse to commit more time on project submission. Files may be deleted.

Please contact Prestige Capital Partners if you would like your personal information removed from our database. Whilst we endevour to get you funded, please note that we will retain some basic information you have provided to us. Your records will be removed for specific reasons, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and as those required by law.

Furthermore, some information is never completely removed from our databases because of technical constraints and the fact that we regularly back up our systems. Therefore, not all of your personal information will ever be completely removed from our databases.
